Large Garden Salad

This salad has a unique combo of salad vegetables and a lot of them. It fed two people for two meals. Fresh and healthy salad and flavorful dressing (we chose the Caesar dressing). Had to be homemade. The perfect compliment to Gina's excellent pizza.
